SatoTravel continues to be a strong partner with Thrifty. Market share in March bounced back to 17% compared to 14% last year. Revenues followed market share by increasing 21% from $2,259,147 to $2,724,530. The goal of Thrifty is to continue to work this account very hard due to expected negotiations with Sato for a new preferred relationship contract at the conclusion of 2002. Since Navigant is now the owner of SatoTravel, it is expected that one preferred agreement roll-out will include both Sato and Navigant accounts. Thrifty is currently working very hard to develop this new relationship with Navigant, and make it as strong as the relationship with Sato. |
