Mission statement: To assist the Team Owners in developing their local market and make it profitable. Create collateral and reference material that will enhance their sales efforts for growth. Initiate training and follow up in all areas of sales. Take the National Promotions and bring them to the local level.

 

FUNCTIONS

  • Regional meetings in various parts of the U.S.
  • Care packages sent to new Thrifty Local Sales Reps
  • Monthly edition of the Special Teams Newsletter online
  • Tradeshow Booths
  • Mentoring Program
  • Local Sales Incentive Program
  • Local Sales Rep Network
  • Conduct surveys throughout the year with Local Sales Reps to determine where they spend their time:
  • Sales

  • Operations

  • Rental Agent

  • Core Advisory Council – a group of specially selected individuals from the field that have many areas of expertise with ideas to help all Thrifty Local Sales Reps.
    • Monthly conference calls

    • Annual meeting

     

  • Special Forces Club - point system for gift certificates

    1. Enrollment in Local Sales Incentive Program
    2. Each account signed in the Incentive program
    3. Attend Local Sales Regional Meeting
    4. Submit ideas for Special Teams Newsletter
    5. Send in monthly marketing support
    6. Submit copies of the competition’s local advertising
    7. Submit name of conventions booked and when they will be held
    8. Submit testimonials on successful networking with other Thrifty Local Sales Reps
    9. Submit new marketing ideas
